I foolishly used positive revlews to get this book - thank goodness it was free. The whole thing made no sense. I got the impression the sole purpose of the story was to lead the reader into purchasing a sequel. Yes, the writting was fine and the editing was fine so I gave it half a star.
The author successfully brought each character to life and artfully brought their circumstances together in a gripping way. I was left wishing there was more to read so I could learn how the intertwined mysteries unfolded further. Definitely not predictable. Well done in a tasteful manner. Most definitely worth the few minutes it takes to read. More, more, more!
I am a true sucker for a good thriller and this one was amazing. Fast paced with twists, turns, and great characters, I couldn't stop reading. I honestly couldn't figure out who the real perpetrator was. Seriously fun read! I'll be watching for more titles from this author.
